Frostpin Play started as a group chat where three friends kept swapping links to games nobody else seemed to notice. At some point we realized we were writing mini-reviews anyway, so we might as well do it properly and in public.

We are not a huge outlet. It's a small editorial team that actually installs each game, plays past the tutorial, and only then writes anything. If a game bores us in the first hour, we say so plainly.

Games get picked for coverage in a simple way: something catches our eye in a store list, a reader tips us off, or we stumble on it while looking for something else. Genre doesn't matter — we cover racing one week and card games the next.

Everything you read here comes from real hands-on time. No press-release copy, no rewritten marketing blurbs. Just what the game felt like on a normal phone.
